Willy Shee Ping Yah @ Shee Ping Yan, was appointed to the Board on 24 March 2010 and was appointed as a Member of the Audit Committee on 22 September 2010. He is currently the Chairman (Asia) of CB Richard Ellis (Pte) Ltd, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is a leading real estate service provider with more than 400 offices in more than 50 countries. He is also a director of Ascendas Pte Ltd, NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd, Lafe (Emerald Hill) Development Ltd, Strategic Partners Asia II, Pte Ltd, SLF AMK Pte Ltd, SLF Properties Pte Ltd and Bund Center Investment Ltd. Mr Shee is an Associate Member of New Zealand Property Institute, a Fellow Member of Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (FSISV) and Fellow Member of the Association of Facilities & Property Management. He is a Council Member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and an Honorary Advisor (Valuation) of the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore (REDAS).
