Sarena Cheah Yean Tih

Sarena Cheah Yean Tih, was appointed to the Board on 24 March 2010. She is the Director of Strategic & Corporate Development of the Sponsor. Prior to this role, she was the Senior General Manager – Sales & Marketing, Property Development Division. She has been with the SunCity Group and Sunway Holdings Group for 13 years and her experience includes planning and managerial roles in Corporate Finance, Audit, Education and Healthcare. Ms Cheah sits on the board of several companies.
                                                           
Ms Cheah graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) Degree. She also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from Melbourne Business School.
