Tan Sri Ahmad Bin Mohd Don was appointed to the Board on 25 August 2010 and was also appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee on 22 September 2010. Tan Sri Ahmad has had an extensive career in finance and banking, having worked in various capacities with Pernas Securities Sdn Bhd, Permodalan Nasional Berhad and Malayan Banking Berhad. He served as the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Malayan Banking Berhad from 1991 to 1994 and was the Governor of Bank Negara Malaysia from May 1994 to August 1998. He holds Directorships in several Public Listed Companies in Malaysia.

Tan Sri Ahmad had a degree in Economics and Business from University of Wales, United Kingdom. He is also a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well as a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
